CASE STUDIES / HONEY POT × SMALL GIRLS PR × OTHERSHIP
Live in 48 hours. Built to keep the connection going.
Honey Pot and Small Girls PR needed an on-brand registration experience for a New York activation at Othership, on a tight production timeline.
The challenge
The registration experience had to match the activation’s creative direction and give the brand ownership of its guest relationship. It also had to be ready in time for the event’s production schedule.
What comethru delivered
Custom registration at honeypot.comethru.app brought the campaign into the guest sign-up experience. Apple and Google Wallet passes supported arrival at Othership. The flow captured first and last name, email, phone number, and a separate SMS marketing opt-in. The experience was live in 48 hours.
The outcome
The activation reached full capacity, with an 85% SMS marketing opt-in rate and more than 315 people on the waitlist. These are distinct measures: capacity describes the event, opt-in describes permission for future messages, and the waitlist captures demand beyond available places.
What to take into your next launch
A short timeline works best with a clear brief: approved creative, required guest fields, event capacity, session details, consent language, and an owner for the final review. Keep those decisions together so the launch can move quickly without leaving the door team or follow-up plan behind.
Reported campaign results from comethru’s customer case study. Results reflect this activation and are not a forecast for future events.
